Traditional Pork Sausages

Our sausages are made from local Pork shoulders which are prepared in the shop and still made using traditional methods. The recipe has remained the same for decades and as such generations of local families have enjoyed our sausages.

Please note: The price shown is based on the exact weight described below, when cutting your order there will inadvertently be some difference in actual product weight. To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered. We hope this avoids any discrepancies, and is the fairest way for both us the supplier and you the customer.
