Slow Roast Joint

Slow Roast or Chuck roast of beef. The clue is in the name with one, best slow roasted chuck roast is cut from the shoulder. A hard working muscle means it is full of flavour, when pot roasted or braised it takes some beating!

As with other joints a good rule of thumb is 1/2lb (227gms) per person.

Please note: The price shown is based on the exact weight described below, when cutting your order there will inadvertently be some difference in actual product weight. To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered. We hope this avoids any discrepancies, and is the fairest way for both us the supplier and you the customer.
