Rump Steak

Full of Flavour, but a bit more "bite" to it than other more tender steaks. If your after a steak packed with flavour with versatility to boot, than rump is the choice. Either pan fried, Grilled or BBQ'd it won't disappoint.

We also offer Rump steak in a choice of 2 marinades, perfect for something a little different and ideal for BBQ season. Black garlic is a less intense garlic flavour, with more depth which really compliments the meat. Coffee and black pepper is a personal favourite in the shop. It's got to be tried to be believed, first your hit by the black pepper and then the subtle coffee lingers on your tastebuds.

To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered.
