Rolled Sirloin

A premium roasting cut. More expensive than topside, but equally more special. Benefits from being cooked quickly and served pink. A very tender cut, suitable for dinners of special occasion. 

Traditionally Sirloin always used to be rolled and served as a roasting joints. This began to change in the 1960's when American style "Steakhouses" gained in popularity as did eating steak. So, we as butchers, then started using Sirloins for steaks over roasting joints. 

Price is £30 per Kg

Please note: The price shown is based on the exact weight described below, when cutting your order there will inadvertently be some difference in actual product weight. To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered. We hope this avoids any discrepancies, and is the fairest way for both us the supplier and you the customer.
