Usually taken from the leaner part of the Pork shoulder, Pork mince can either be used by itself, or more often mixed with the same amount of Beef mince to lighten the texture of dished such as Meatballs.

To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered.
