The traditional and most popular Beef roasting joint. Can be cooked quickly, and served rare, medium or well done. Easy to slice and present nicely on the plate. We bard each joint with extra fat, a traditional technique which helps keep the meat moist as it cooks as well as adding extra flavour.

Please note: The price shown is based on the exact weight described below, when cutting your order there will inadvertently be some difference in actual product weight. To overcome this, we will only take payment over the phone once we have cut and weighed your order, with the correct price for each item ordered. We hope this avoids any discrepancies, and is the fairest way for both us the supplier and you the customer.
